About the goat
Founded in the Pacific Northwest in 2008, Iron Goat Construction pays tribute to the region by deriving its name from The Iron Goat Trail near Stevens Pass as well as Cody’s love for animals, even the most stubborn of kinds.
Although Cody began his construction journey as a tile setter in Colorado Springs at the age of 17, he learned to perfect his skills in Washington under union trained instruction, though never a union member personally. After developing journeyman status as a tile setter, Cody went on to develop a more well-rounded knowledge of general construction and his dream of developing his own company became a reality.
Desiring to be closer to sun, hiking and kin, Cody moved his new family and Iron Goat Construction to Colorado Springs after 21 years in Washington State.

Meet Cody, Grace, and Bailey (Bae).
Grace and Bailey are new to Colorado Springs, but Cody spent most of his formative years in the area and is excited to be back in the sun and close to all the mountain biking!
Grace is a rockstar instructor for Orangetheory Fitness, where she fulfills her dream as a motivational speaker.
Bae is the most adorable pup you will ever meet. She’s a mountain dog through and through, cancer warrior and very active tripod!
